Lymphatic Massage

The rhythmic strokes of this progression ease the body into a deeply relaxed state. Lymphatic massage can effectively reduce tension in the body as well as the mind. After this treatment you can expect to emerge feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A great nights sleep is a welcome side effect of this bodywork experience.

Menopause Massage

As life shifts into its next chapter, a woman’s body deserves care that honors her wisdom, strength, and transformation. Menopause Massage offers a gentle, holistic ritual for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or beyond. This nurturing massage supports the many physical, hormonal, and emotional changes — from hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disruption and memory fog. By combining a lymphatic based progression with aromatherapy, reflexology, castor oil, and attention to acupressure points, the result is a deeply grounded, restorative experience.

Fertility Massage

Fertility massage is offered to enhance the potential to conceive naturally or with assisted reproductive technologies. The intention of a therapeutic fertility massage is to support the body in cleansing, reducing stress hormones, while balancing reproductive hormones and stimulating reproductive organs using reflexology. I have been trained and certified by Claire Marie Miller, creator of the Nurturing the Mother® protocols.

Energy Healing

As a Reiki practitioner for over a decade, I call on my experience and intuition to offer each client a unique session. I incorporate sound healing modalities and acupressure, or reflexology.
